Please note: Placid reserves the right to cancel an order or a product if it is unable to fulfil it (late request, impossible scheduling, etc.). In the event of cancellation, you will be notified via the booking platform’s messaging system, and the cancelled product(s) will be refunded in full (100%) to the bank card used for the original payment.
